Custom resistance exercise
Hi!
I'm trying to add my resistance training to my MYPLAN page. I've located most of the exercises but not all. Is there a way to add a custom resistance exercise; i.e., back extensions (seated, bent forward toward knees and push backward). For the life of me I can't find it in the list. Plus there are or may be others I do that aren't listed.
