Try pre-portioning your food and then have a cup of tea or coffee to signal you are done.

This guy has some good insight as to WHY and perhaps what you may be able to do to redevelop the sense of "I've had enough food" natural signaling. Hard stuff to admit or listen to but might be a key for you, myself and others;

Sorry for not answering your question directly

I did not go through the levels as suggested
After I bought the book "Carnivore" and looked up the 4 levels, I discovered my eating pattern fit the description for level 4.

There is one thing that switches off my eating switch, that I'm aware of at the moment: Eggs. Plain eggs, not fancy eggs with cheese, not egg bites, just a good old fashioned hard-boiled (or steamed) egg that you peel and eat. I have no idea why, but it keeps me satisfied for hours and hours.

I've noticed this too, and a hard-boiled egg is more satisfying than a soft-boiled egg (both plain with just salt). Whatever chemical reaction that makes the yolk become firm and opaque must have something to do with it.

I have noticed this, too. Eggs will keep me satisfied longer than other foods.

I eat an unprocessed anti inflammatory diet, but once in awhile I want a sweet. I cannot do dairy and I do not drink diet sodas, etc. but when I really want a sweet I occasionally have a sugar free popsickle. That does not seem to bother my inflammation at all and provides that sweet refreshing "something". It is a guilty pleasure without guilt
