Went back on strict induction after a stall since Xmas. Am down three pounds in two weeks. I've cut way down on nuts and cheese, semi-starchy veggies like spaghetti squash, and cut out LC sweets and bread-type things. I've discovered a new passion for Chinese cabbage - MUCH better than lettuce in salads, also good wokked or steamed with butter or sesame oil - yum! - and almost no carbs!
Anyway, I'm happy!
