Default HI EVERYONE

LISA- GOOD FOR YOU!
YESTERDAY I HAD ANOTHER GOOD DAY. DAY 6 ON INDUCTION. I HAVE NOT WEIGHED. I'LL WEIGHT TOMORROW. BUT I HAVE KEPT WITHIN 20 CARBS EVERYDAY WITH NO PROBLEM.

B-CREAMCHEESE CUPCAKE( I LOVE THESE),COFFEE,CREAM
L-OMELLETES WITH CHEESE,PEPPERS AND ONION
D-SALMON,SALAD, BLEU CHEESE DRESSING

WATER WATER WATER. BEEN WORKING OUT. I THINK I'M GETTING SOME REAL MUSCLE NOW. I WANT REAL ABS. AND DEFINITION IN MY ARMS. WELL, I'LL DO MY MEASUREMENTS TOMORROW TOO. HAS EVERYONE MEASURED THEMSELVES? MAYBE WE SHOULD ALL KEEP TRACK OF THAT. NONE OF US HAS POSTED INCHES LOST.
LET'S DO THAT.

I BOUGHT THAT PSYLLIUM HUSK FOR THE CONSTIPATION. ATKINS SUGGESTS IT. HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS? YOU HAVE TO TAKE 3 CAPSULES A DAY. I'LL START TODAY.

SO GOOD LUCK THIS WEEKEND EVERYONE.
GRACIA AND ARNIE- DON'T GIVE UP. YOU CAN DO IT.

BASpider- you are at my goal weight. i'm jealous!

Default Saturday

Today was a good day

B: Scrambled eggs, bacon, coffee

L: None - too busy to be hungry

D: Steak, baby potatoes, fresh green beans, mushrooms

Water, not enough, but still working on it. I've found the seltzer water and sparkling waters to be a great help. They're a little on the soda side but no calories, carbs or sugars. Nice change from chugging plain water.

I need to search for some recipes or meal ideas.. starting to get a wee bit stuck in a rut. I'm trying to make up some things.. but find by the time I've cooked and cleaned up the kitchen, I'm just too tired to mess it up again

Hope you all had a great day.

Chris, you sound MUCH better.. hope the Atkins is working out for you!

Lisa

ANYWAY, TODAY WAS GOOD. STAYED AROUND 20 CARBS

B-CHEESECAKE CUPCAKE (TODAY I MADE SOME WITH COCOA. REALLY GOOD. 3 CARBS EACH) COFFEE,CREAM
L-PEPPERONI, CHEESE
S-CUPCAKE
D-CHICKEN, MUSHROOMS SAUTEED IN OLIVE OIL, BUTTER GARLIC AND WHITE WINE. REALLY TASTY. ONLY CARBS ARE THE MUSHROOMS.

SF JELLO AND COFFEE

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE. SHOULD WE START A NEW THREAD TOMORROW OR WHAT? THIS ONE IS GETTING PRETTY LONG. WHOEVER COMES ON NEXT START A NEW ONE. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Default Chris, Creamcheese cupcakes

Could you post the recipe and how you make these? They sound pretty good and I might try them for a desert after a no-carb dinner.

Thanks!

Lisa

Hey everyone, I started a new thread. Cris is right this is really long! Is it week 3? Think so, thought it might be cool to put it in the subject.
