Exclamation Light Cycles!

Hi everyone! Since I have started LC I have had regular or almost regular cycles, before I was lucky if I had one every six months. My period lasts 3-4 days usuall but some time I have a very light flow, is this normal? The longer I do LC the better it gets but will it ever be normal, can I ever ovulate again? I dont even know if I ever did ovulate before. I want to have babys so bad and I know I am on the right track, but any and all info is appriciated!

Yes, it will continue to improve. Yes you will ovulate again.

And if you want to have a baby make sure both you and your husband get plenty of vitamin D. It's important for hormone regulation, fertility, sperm motility, and the development of the fetus.

Thanks for the reply, that is Great news! I have one more question, there have been a couple times that I have bleed for 3 days, stopped for one and then bleed for one more day. Is that normal as well? It only usually happens after going off the diet and restarting.

my tom, is stressing me out right now.
on b.c.p
I started spotting last tuesday, light period then the past couple of days has been quite heavy.
so my spotting came about 5 days before period was due, so now I think I am getting my regualar period, very annoyed about that right now.........
went to the docs, and she thinks could well be due to the change of diet, but gonna keep on same pill for 2months to see if there is any change, I truly hope so....
have a good day

First off, congrats on getting your period!! It can take a few months to regulate your cycle by going LC. Hang in there!
