Default How'd I do?

Today was my second full day........I think I just need some attention.

Here's what I ate today:

1 large cup coffee with Splenda & heavy cream
3 hard boiled eggs
2 oz's montery jack cheese

5 meat/swiss cheese rollups
1 cup lettuce with some cucumbers, black olives and lo carb dressing

10 black olives

Steak
Portobello mushrooms with roasted peppers and mozzerella
Green beans with bacon

Lots of water
2 diet Snapple ice tea's

I also walked after dinner with my daughter - maybe 20 minutes or so.

Am I doing OK? Too much food? Any thoughts?

I'm glad someone is paying attention to me.........I'm feeling kinda needy these days. I don't want to discuss my weight loss goals with anyone around me because it becomes so tiresome! I'm so glad I found this forum - just to read and sometimes add my own thoughts.

Two thoughts for you:

Congrats on your weight loss. Sounds like you're doing great.

I love your sense of humor (The "BF" part). Very funny!

Sounds great!!! There's no such thing as too much food, as long as you stay within the guidelines/carb limits. Eat to your hearts content, within reason (don't overeat)! Congrats on the walk! freckles

I spent quite alot of time reading your posts last night.......you're very motivating.

Looking forward to many more "conversations" - whether I'm actively participating or just eavesdropping!!!!!

Looks yummy to me

I enjoy the WOE the most because I don't have to "watch" how much I eat as long as it is in the LC boundries! Takes out all the "meal planning" I used to do every day on the low fat/low calorie diets. Hope you enjoy the board
