Question Induction Flu?

Does anyone have experience with induction flu?

I'm trying to figure out whether I am experiencing is induction flu or just me getting sick (again). I've been achy and tired which I think I could easily attribute to induction and working out. But I've also had a scratchy throat and runny nose. I don't feel sick though. I know I have read that for some people it felt like they had the flu during induction.

Really I don't want to be sick, so I admittedly am hoping its just the induction treating me differently this time.

I'm trying to figure this out so I know whether or not it is safe to be around my boyfriend, or to have my sister come out to visit next week.

Any thoughts?
