I started getting serious again 2 weeks ago,really serious this time,i go to curves 3 times a week,got my daughter started on low carb,we have both lost,i have lost 10 pounds ,last week imy body decided i need some pain!kidney infection..........i gained 7 pounds in 2 days but they went away.I love all the support everyone here gives,it really helps.This time i will reach my goal,i have a mind set,with my daughter doing it to it helps to stay on track,she lives with me.30 pounds til my goal,i know it will happen
