137 this morning. Only lost 0.2, but I'm assuming most of the loss is water weight and I expected things to slow down.

congrats!!! I'm so happy that's working out for you. With such a significant decrease in calories, do you find yourself hungry or are you eating lots of filling foods?

also, I agree...you've gotta share this diet!

yes. stop eating so many calories and maybe cut back on the carbs. if you are eating 'fake carbs' like the lc breads, wraps, ice cream etc, try to cut that out too.

exercise.

LC is the best way to go and the only way of eating that is both easy and works. try that out before you try that 21 day diet. diets dont work. ways of life do

How are you doing now? It seems you may not have enough protein in your diet and too much fat. Muscle is built from protein and more muscle increases metabolism, thus burning more calories and more than likely should cause weight loss. Another benefit is better tone with your weight training, clothes should fit better and the weight number won't matter so much...
