hello everyone . i am going to a small town in mexico in 3 weeks and want to get some new cds and was wondering what everyone suggests? thanks so much

i don't know if you want mexican-themed music or just music to listen to b/c you'll be bored in mexico, but if it's the latter, the last CD i bought was The Darkness: Permission to Land, and it's pretty awesome.

Again, I don't know what kinda music you like, so that's just my opinion.

thanks , i will check it out . i mostly listen to music when i get really bored and there is nothing else to do . and i also like something different every now and then to cheer me up

umm. are you lookin for mexican music? Cause I dont know any lol. Some Paul Oakenfold is always good to drive to though. Or some Pixies.

one of my favorite cd's to drive to is AC/DC Back in Black....or the Forest Gump Soundtrack has some good classic songs such as Respect, Hound Dog, all older but good songs. Umm the new liz phair cd is good. Also the latest Matchbox 20 CD. It all depends on what you like. Have fun on your trip!

thanks for everyone recommendations. i will check out all of the artists that you suggested. i need to go on a huge buying spree for this trip and borders will be one of my stops
