Monday
2 hours -- Breakdown-- 30 minutes stationary bike; 30 minutes cross training; 30 minutes jog/walk; 30 minutes circuit training/toning; 10minutes cool down/stretch

2 hours -- Breakdown-- 30 minutes stationary bike; 30 minutes cross training; 30 minutes jog/walk; 30 minutes circuit training/toning; 10minutes cool down/stretch
