Starting Monday, October 4th in Accordance with the implementation of Atkins diet plan.

Workout schedeule:


Monday

2 hours -- Breakdown-- 30 minutes stationary bike; 30 minutes cross training; 30 minutes jog/walk; 30 minutes circuit training/toning; 10minutes cool down/stretch

(add ins-- dog walks x 3)

Tuesday

2 hours -- Breakdown-- 30 minutes stationary bike; 30 minutes cross training; 30 minutes jog/walk; 30 minutes circuit training/toning; 10minutes cool down/stretch

(add ins-- dog walks x 3)

Wednesday

2 hours -- Breakdown-- 30 minutes stationary bike; 30 minutes cross training; 30 minutes jog/walk; 30 minutes circuit training/toning; 10minutes cool down/stretch

(add ins-- dog walks x 3)

Thursday

2 hours -- Breakdown-- 30 minutes stationary bike; 30 minutes cross training; 30 minutes jog/walk; 30 minutes circuit training/toning; 10minutes cool down/stretch

(add ins-- dog walks x 3)

Friday

2 hours -- Breakdown-- 30 minutes stationary bike; 30 minutes cross training; 30 minutes jog/walk; 30 minutes circuit training/toning; 10minutes cool down/stretch

(add ins-- dog walks x 3)

Saturday

Dog walks * 3 .....
Swimming [Breakdown]

5 x 100 Free
5 x 100 Back stroke
5x 100m Breast stroke
5x 100m Fly
8X200 m IM
30 minutes water running
30 minutes walker aerobics


Sunday

Dog Walks.


...and the routine commences over again


Maybe its over ambitious, but nothing that can't be done, with enough determination, and at this point in life, have determination in spades.!
