Default 50 pounds gone!!
50 pounds gone just in time for Christmas!! So happy with myself i have met all of my targets and am feeling really optimistic with meeting my overall goal weight by next summer!..... I actually feel so bad for all the credit and praise i am getting for having had such great will power over the last few months -Because i dotn feel like i have missed out on anything. I have never gone hungry i have still eaten curry and sausages and all of my favourite things. Ph how i love atkins!

now just to get through the next couple of days without a mince pie or roast potato!
