Default I'm new again

I'm back to protein power after 14 months off. I've gained about 40 pounds in a year and I was feeling tired and unhappy. And the size of jeans I had to buy! Yikes. But I'm here and I'd like to join in your Protein Power threads. Everyone here seems great.

Default Happy to be here

I am an intermitted low-carber. I seem to get sick and it derails me. I've lost after each pregnancy and then regained it. Last year I got sick in November and since I've gained 46 pounds. I restarted Protein Power a week ago. It has been an easy road this time. I don't really crave much. I just want to be healthy so badly. This time it's not about being as thin as I can be. I really want to live a healthy life.

Hey Remy - welcome to the PP clan. I'm impressed with your description of losing after each pregnancy. It's inspiring since I'm not just entering postpartum weight loss myself. A healthy life is what it's all about. Look for our monthly chat thread and join in!
