I dropped LCF after I read that they promoted the heck out of KK and banned anyone who said anything bad about it, and then when they finally figured out they got took, they took the opposite tack and did everthing they could to trash her. I like it here also

Hi Vicki and welcome!

I was on KK for about 6 weeks and then didn't post for almost two weeks and posted once to suggest that someone was probably NOT eating enough protein and fat. (Well, she ASKED!) The next morning I was banned for TOS violations. WTF? They told me that I was posting links to *anti-KK* sites, which was a load of crap, but whatever.

I'd been transitioning to Atkins for that couple of weeks anyway. I'm happier and STILL losing, so it's all good for me.

I'm glad you found your way here. I like this forum a lot.
