Phew what a relief to find people who are more experienced at this than i am. I've been on the aitkins for 2 months and my body is starting to change shap. i have been attending the gymn for same and am confused as what i am doing amy feed back gladly appreciated.

I go 3X a week+ 1 day of weights on the machines

3x a week been doing
15 min warm up on the treadmill- 77? I'm sweating and working hard after 5 min

10 min stretches with all muscles including abdo crunches

15 min bike

10-15 min weights been using a 4lb bar for a ftnight and now am ready for more

10 mins rowing hard

I have a bad /weird r. knee so keeen to start running but trying to strengthen my leg muscles first

not sure what weights i should be doing and when

i feel pretty tired after a workout but then after an hour or two feel great
