I would just love it if you were from Nz or weighed the same as me, but hey I will take anyone, and everyone.

Hi Bambi,
Will 15 minutes on my rebounder do?
I rarely manage to actually push myself out the door but can move myself on the bouncer.
I'll think of you today as I do my rebounding.

Hi!

I'm no place close to you, actually I'm just about on the other side of the planet (eastern Canada). I just started a thread under the buddy-up section looking for virtual exercise partners. I could definitely get into virtual walking partners. I'm actually going for a walk tonight, so I'll keep you posted!

All the best!

KC

Hi Bambi

How is it going? Hope your son is getting over the flu - it can hit the wee ones pretty hard.

I am in Auckland, NZ. and seem to be about the same weight. Where is Tangiteroria ? Central North Island?

I find it is hard to get excerise now it is getting dark so early. I an looking forward to some long walks over this weekend. ( Monday is a holiday- yippie....)

How are you finding Atkins ? I have been doing the Zone for 2 months but am thinking of switching to atkins or protien power.

Hi Niki

Atkins goes well when I can stick to it, just spent the weekend away with friends and had no will power at all. So once again woke up this morning and had one of my "self help talks".

I still havent gotten into walking, with Shaun being sick and the weather just being terrible. And today doesent look much better , Shaun is once again his healthy happy self.

Tangiteroria is half way between Whangarei and Dargaville.

I look forward to hearing how well you exercie is going .

Regards Bambi
