I've read all of Davis' stuff because he goes into the history of how grains have changed and why they are so different than the originals. Knowing the reasons and basic principles work best for me, rather than meal plans, when deciding what to eat each day. Once I figured out that I cannot eat any grains, legumes or dairy proteins (allergies & intolerances), I don't follow one plan, but glean ideas from others. "LC Researc/Media", "Atkins diet" (Induction-levels of low carb vegs & berries) and "Dr. Bernstein & Diabetes" (w/Jason Fung & keto) are the main threads I follow for Wheat Bellyish eating, since most of the single-plan threads don't have much activity.
