Hi Welcome to the board!
Though the foods you listed are 'legal' for induction it is a very limited list. Is there any reason you are only choosing to eat those few items?
Personally I would get fed up with only those - no cheese, no butter, no cream, no mushrooms, no peppers, no celery, no radishes, no broccollo, no cauliflower, no onions, no pumpkin, no rhubarb, no celeriac, no turnips, no spaghetti squash, no avocado, no olives etc
In his books Dr Atkins listed the vitamins/minerals he reckoned we should take, so maybe look in your copy and find a brand that contains them?
As for exercise, it is a part of Atkins so needs to be done, but there is much debate about whether it actually increases weightloss. I like to exercise because it makes me feel better overall.
