Default Family starting to get interested in my Low-Carb WOE!

After 3weeks (going 4th this Valentines Day!) of Modified Atkins (50g a day) my family is asking me all about my way of eating and they want to try it someday, even my mom and my sister who has PCOS! dream come true if all my family would eat Low-Carb for a year! or maybe forever? lol

I started at 70kg and did weight training, became 65kg after that it's all diet and B-vitamins but the Atkins WOE was my most succesful so far.
