Default Enchilada Soup

Been wanting enchiladas and this appeased my craving.

Ingredients:
1 can chicken
10 oz cooked hamburger (or 1 lb uncooked)
1 can green chiles
2 small turnips; peeled and cubed
1 cup green beans; frozen
1 can olives
1 handful chopped cilantro
1/2 de-seeded and diced jalapeno
1/2 can enchilada sauce
1 pkg enchilada seasoning
5 cups water
parsley
oregano
basil
salt & pepper
opt: shredded cheese

Easiest soup in the world. Dump it all in, heat it all up. Serve in mugs, makes 8 servings, 10 if you add 6 or more cups of water. Add a pile of cheese to the top of the mug. I did not count the cheese when figureing carbs/fiber, so don't forget to add that.

(figured on 8 servings)
Carbs per serving: 5 1/3 carbs
Fiber per serving: 1 fiber
Protein per serving: 17 1/2 protein

Sounds good....I beleive I am going to try that for supper tonight, i'll post back how it goes. Though i'm not sure if I will use the ground beef because I think we are out....probably will use ground bison instead since its so similar.
