Creamy-Cheesy Cauliflower-Broccoli Soup
Creamy-Cheesy Cauliflower-Broccoli Soup
Swanson Chicken Broth 1-49 oz can (OR 3-14 oz cans plus ½ can of water)
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. Chicken Bouillon
3 lbs raw cauliflower (2 med. heads)
1 lb raw broccoli
1 (1 lb.) jar Ragu Double Cheddar Sauce
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Pepper to taste
Cook chicken broth, bouillon, water, cauliflower, and broccoli until cauliflower and broccoli are soft. Partially blend with hand-held stick blender until there are just “some” small chunks left. Add the cream and stir. Add the Ragu Cheddar Sauce and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
