Default Roasted Pepper-watermelon Salsa

Local paper had this recipe I think the carb count is wrong since it says it has none and there is onions..maybe someone can give the correct count:

1 onion, peeled & sliced
2 garlic cloves,chopped
3 Anaheim peppers,split,seeded & chopped
2 TBS vegie, olive or canola oil
1 c.tomatoe sauce
1 TBS ground cumin
1tsp. Ancho chilli powder or to taste
Juice from 2 limes
2 cupes seedless watermelon, minced
s & p to taste
Saute onion, garlic and peppers in oil in heavy sauce pan over med-high heat until onions and garlic begin to toast and pepper skins blisters. Reduce heat and stir in tomato sauce, cumin, and chilli powder. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat. Cool until just warm and place in blender with lime juice. pulse tomato-pepper mixture briefly, just chopping contents finely. Pour contents of blender into ovenproof bowl and chill. When ready to serve, stir in watermelon and any watermelon juice into tomato-pepper mixture. Season w/s& p. Serve with anything off the grill.
Makes 4-5 cups. Per serving. 31 calories. 0.6g protien,0 carbs(??) 0.5 g. fiber no cholesterol and 75 millg. sodium.

What is the serving size? It could be a table spoon serving size so the carbs become negligable at that level.

For the whole recipe there would have to be carbs. Tomatos, onions, and watermelon are also high GI
