Hi there
I have a few sypmtoms/problems (apart from the 'usual' ones) with regards to IBS and was wondering if anyone else either has them or has heard of them as I havnt read or heard about them.

When I get up early or abruptly or havnt had enough sleep it sets off a really bad attack for about 24 hours.

Flushed, hot body especially the face (i look like a tomato)

Feel sort of hungry (its the best way I can describe it)

Water retention, I can go up 3 ring sizes in an hour or so. Then as I feel better Im not so bloated/water retented(? - not a real word I know)

Feel a bit weird but I wanted to ask.
