Default If you had to chose...

between an apple, 2 slices of bread with butter, or a hershey's kisses... which one would do the "least" damage to the diet?

I know what this question sounds like but I really would like to know. Thanks.

I'd go for the apple. Even though the apple has fructose, it also has a lot of water, vitamins, and fiber. The 2 slices of bread with butter would just leave me screaming for more of the same, as would the hershey's kisses. The apple I can just eat, and then get on with other things.

I'd go for the chocolate... its a treat right!... Apples leave me hungry, bread is a no no for me, I've gone without it for 5 months so, I don't need it, and if I can resist fresh baked bread every day, I can resist shop bought for sure... No, still going for the chololate.

i'd also go for the chocolate. the bread would be awful for me and i not only don't like fruit but it would leave me craving more carbs, along with the bread. i can easily eat one piece of chocolate and go on with my day. it helps me feel like i had a little treat without ruining my woe.

I'd eat the apple. My fave is granny smith and they're low on the glycemic index.
One kiss is just a tease!!!
bread would make me feel bloated all day.

I'd eat the apple too, although it probably has more carbs than the hersey's kiss. Then I'd trade the Kiss in for some 85% cocoa chocolate and have a square of that with some coffee.

If I only had those things in front of me, I'd go for the kiss. However, if I was taking one kiss from a full bag, I'd have the apple. Self-control isn't my strong suit and I've never craved another apple before.
