You know you are on Atkins when your co-worker catches you eating a big tablespoon of Coconut oil right out of the jar and it is impossible to categorize the look on their face...

Also, nicnoc said:

For a sore throat and/or cough, the best thing I found for me is hot chicken boullion, or better yet, hot home-made chicken bone broth made with onion, celery, and salt. It makes my throat feel a lot better and plus is very good for ending those coughs that you just can't seem to stop, too.

When DH got home he asked if I was looking forward to weighing myself in the morning . . . And I was all over that saying that I couldn't wait to go to bed . . . and started howling because I remembered this. DH is worried about me.

LOL..I totally do that, PLUS, I wont weigh myself unless I have my contacts in, because, you know, my glasses weigh more.

When you can go to Burger King, order the Giant Angus Burger w/bacon & pepper jack cheese and a small side salad. Toss the burger buns and put the burger in your salad.

Oh the looks I got from the other customer.

Man! Was it good!

Next time I'm gonna bring a bit of my Ken's Steakhouse Caesar Dressing to smother on top. (Ken's Dressing = Zero Carbs/Zero Sugar & Totally Fabulous taste)

They actually have Ken's dressing there, but beware their packaged version has 3 carbs and 3 grams of sugar...don't know why that is...guess because of the packaging and long storage issues...I guess. All that and it doesn't even taste as good as the original version
