My position on ACV hasn't changed since 2008...
ACV falls into the category of fermented foods... ACV, of itself, has no more added benefit than the regular inclusion of many fermented foods. Greek Yogurt, pickles, saurkraut, etc...

Correcting Diabetes is not about doing a single thing that will have a direct impact on blood sugar, its about correcting many things in our eating habits so that we improve balanced nutrition. A properly nourished body that is nourished in the right way for a long enough period of time will heal itself.
Fermented foods as part of a regular diet is part of the equation, it is not the final answer. There are no magic bullets and putting too much emphasis on any one food is like not seeing the forest because of the trees in front of you....
Good luck, but improving T-2 Diabetes does not include having to torture yourself with a dose of pure ACV each day. Use it in salads, soups, meat or vegetable dishes, but not every meal and not everyday... Variety and moderation in all we do brings balance, not jumping from one end of a spectrum to antoher...
