Default Purist approach without going organic?

Just wondering if the purist approach as outlined in Protein Power Lifeplan would still work using conventional meats and veg? I would like to stick to the more purist regimen, but my budget doesn't allow me to buy organic vegetables and grass-fed beef right now.

Only my 2 cents.... try to buy the "dirty dozen" organic, and supplement fish oil to offset the higher Omega 6's in grain fed beef. Our budget, too ,has tanked with the economy, so that is going to be my approach..... We're going back to grass fed as soon as we can....the difference is just so amazing. You can also grow your own spinach and lettuce, We've tried that here, but we have this obnoxious woodchuck....

Yes, it will! The BIG thing about the purist way is the elimination of grains, starches, and sugar. Using organic is nice but NOT necessary.
