Hello everyone, I was inspired by my brother to start low carb because he know that I am young and obese, i just celebrated my 26th birthday and currently weighing 248 lbs. I hope this works for me because I am really not ready to do a surgery, me my brother and my sister are all doing this together to help motivate each other, even though we all have our own personal goals we are in this together, so wish us luck
