Default Exercise help

Hey all,

Need some exercise suggestions here. All of my strength is in my legs. Like 300lb lifts with them. I beat out any guys with my leg strength lol, but I have absolutely NO upper body strength. I can't even do a pull up. What can I do to work on this? Free weights even are too hard. I try bench pressing, and about kill myself with the bar alone, no weights added. That's how pathetic I am. What can I do? I want to be strong! And all over too!

Use the pulldown machine and/or the row instead of pullups or do negative pullups. Slow negative pullups are fantastic at building strength.
If the bar is too heavy for bench pressing, use dumbells instead or a chest press machine if there is one.
Keep it all simple.
