Default Anyone Tried Metabolic Surge?

I bought the e-book today

It is a carb cycling diet with quite an intense weight training workout using HIIT for cardio.

Has anyone had any success with it?

Well it doesn't look like anyone else is doing this programme. I am going to follow it so if anyone else starts please let me know ~ I'd love to chat to others doing it too!

I'm keeping my progress up in my journal but my gym log is here:

Thumbs up It's challenging but good

Hi,

This is a challenging program to do, particularly the workouts. However, it's also intensive in the good sense as it really pushes you to greater effort and ability.

**************

You should be ready to work hard and to follow the carb cycling diet carefully to make the most with this plan
