Homemade Banana Pudding

One of my idiotic diabetic friends brought over homemade banana pudding!!! ARG! I'm gonna kill that guy! He has had a kidney transplant, lost his job, and is going blind - did I mention that he is also very large? Sheesh! Home delivery when I'm having a super-trying day. With friends like him...

And yes, he knows I'm doing Atkins
