Keep up the good work, it really inspires me.I'm on Calp/Cad and lost 35 lbs. I gained back 20 but didn't watch myself. Now I think I can lose again and do a better job of keeping it off by constantly watching my weight each day and not go past 3 lbs. before doing something about it. Wawtigress

Default Just curious

Sounds awsome, Im hopeing to lose 30 in about 30 days to. Im aout the same weight. 245 250. Mayb I ask how you did it. Did you do some extremme carb cutbacks and excercise? Im joging 2k every day and plan to kick that up a notch to 3 or 4, Plus i static weight train. Im hopeing with being in ketosis my exercise will premote faster weight loss, considering my body is in fat burning mode now. I also just wuit smoking, so Lots going on.

Keep on track. Ciao
