Default anyone hungrier when they up the water intake?

I am determined to drink my body weight in water today - don't ask me why I'm so set on this all of a sudden

This morning has been going well but egads, I'm starving! Anyone else have this happen? To answer the food question I had 2 eggs and 2 strips of bacon for breakfast, and cottage cheese and celery as a snack

Drinking truckloads of water tends to push what you do have in the way of food a little quicker through your system, and yes, you can get hungry. I try to space out everything I eat, and by eating every couple of hours I don't feel as hungry drinking all that water and all those trips to the bathroom!

Plus if you're exercising a lot, it simply may be that you need more food.

I've noticed that I've been a lot hungrier since I've started drinking more water and I've also increased my exercise and I guess maybe thats why I do eat more now. Because in the beginning I wasnt drinking tons of water or exercising as much as I do now and I wasnt that hungary, never thought upping the water was the cause of the hunger.

Default increased water intake makes me hungry too

I have noticed this same trend, recently I was extremely busy at work and forgot to drink my usual gallons of water. The next day I was really dehydrated, but also wasnt able to eat all of my lunch. There is a connection, I guess that is why we have to make sure we drink a lot of water - to flush out the fat!!
