Anyone here using Molybdenum?

Hi all

I just wondered if anyone here has tried Molybdenum and/or Panothene supplements, and if you had good results from them?
I have just started on a new supplement regime to include these and wondered what to expect. I have very long standing candida problems. I have never had much help from using single-dose fluconazole. I'm now trying OoO and molybdenum with Pantothenic acid after reading http://www.candidapage.com/aldehyde.shtml
Any feedback would be very welcome.

I have not tried any of those but I had good results from liquid grapefruit seed extract.
