Default Weekly Weigh In



I know some of us obsess with weighing daily, myself including. And we all know we "shouldn't" because scales don't accurately reflect true weight loss on a day to day basis. So I figured how about a challenge to just weigh in weekly for one month and then see our total weight loss. At he end of the month, the member who lost the most wins.

oh i wish i could do this! i know weighing daily is bad. but ive grown an obsession with updating fitday everyday with every detail i can!

I refuse to weigh daily. It is not a true weight and even if it shows a gain, you could pee or do other and lose a pound. What sense does daily weighing make??
It just drives ppl crazy, the weather can even make a difference in our weight.
I'll take my weekly weigh in as my True weight and never look back.

Hey all don't worry, I was putting off my weighing myself all together secondary TOM is here, then I remembered I did made this challenge.

So for me 144.......Its a nice reminder that I have loaded up so bad on salty foods I am seriously surprised this is not worse. (or it hasn't caught up with me yet.)
