Default Confused about Rice cakes and Ryvita

Are they ok for a candida diet?

They both seem to have carbs in them but I read that they were ok so I tend to rely on them to help me through hunger pangs or low blood sugar episodes. Lately, I've been eating them a lot at work (maybe cos I'm due or something but also out of boredom and low blood sugar) and I think maybe some of my candida symptoms are coming back (constipation, tiredness etc).

Should i be avoiding them as well?

The way I see it, if you're not sure of something, don't eat it. Better safe than sorry. Besides, I can't see rice cakes or Ryvitas being okay on any candida diet.

I spent years following candida diets that allow eating one carb and avoiding another carb. It seems so many of these diets contradict each other.
I recently made a post about how even small amounts of carbs seem to giving me candida like symptoms even though I was already on a very low carb diet. My main sources of carbs were from a few carrots and almonds. I decided I needed to take pretty drastic measures so now the only carbs I eat are the tiniest amounts that are in leafy salad veg and stuff like courgettes (zucchini). Doing this has helped me a lot.
If you are having low blood sugar problems you probably need to be eating more fats.
