Default Perpetual Green Onions

...or at least 4 or 5 times.

Leave the bulb end with a little bit of green. Put it in a glass of water in a sunny window. They grow FAST.

They make terrific " cut and come again' in the garden, too. Lasts the entire growing season.

I started out doing them in water in the kitchen window, but they tended to stink up my kitchen. I plant them direct into dirt and they keep on giving month after month, no smell. When they start getting skinny/skimpy at the end of TX hot summers, I buy another bunch at the store and plant those in the dirt right beside the old ones. I rarely have to buy green onions now.
