Nancy...I found my cat curled up in my sock drawer this morning....sounds like you are having a blast with your new family members..

200.4 I am surprised I lost at all...had 2 glasses of wine at a bar with a friend last night and then made a flax muffin in a minute...LOL

I just made another batch of italian chicken and caramelized onions and some lemon broccoli. Looks like I am working 4, 8.5 hour shifts the next 4 days in a row...and homework on top of that with an algebra midterm next week to study for. No time to cook so I got it done....and I won't have to measure..just divide into 4 portions.

Food will be the same for the next 4 days.

chili
italian chicken with caramelized onions
broccoli with lemon and buttery spray
apple
strawberries
small salad with FF cottage cheese ranch dressing
black coffee with english toffee stevia

I've eaten almost the exact same thing everyday this P2 and been content.

Breakfast: FF Cottage cheese, stevia and cinnamon
Lunch: P2 Chili
Dinner: Seasoned Chicken breast and a veggie
Snack (if any): Strawberry sorbet

Only down -0.4 this morning. Thinking I am cutting out the beef carnitas I made and see if I can get it to move a little faster...LOL

202.0....oops...I had A beer last night and apparently that was not a good plan.....back to being good and no alcohol.

Food will be the same as yesterday minus the beer.

I gained 0.6lbs today. I don't know how or why it happened. I ate what I always eat, in the proportions that I always eat, and even eliminated the almond milk and splenda.

200.0....I'll take it....I am pretty sure I am gaining muscle from working out so hard in the gym...clothing fits better too.

Maybe I'll be in Onederland tomorrow...we'll see what happens....

I was 160.8 this morning. The 150's are beckoning to me! I hope I can make it to 158 this round. That'll mean if I hit 160 again, I have to have an egg or steak day.

Hi everyone I'm on R1P2VLCD23 and I'm down a hair over 16lbs so far and sitting at around 235lbs. I've decided as of this morning I'm going off protocol and subbing a protein shake for one of my fruit.. even though I think I will really REALLY miss that apple..
