Question Karen: Please check this recipe for SBD

Hi Karen!

I wanted you too view this Beef Stroganoff recipe and tell me if all the ingredients looks alright for SBD, except the macaroni. And what do I use in place of the macaroni? Thanks!

I don't follow SBD, but I'll give it a shot...

I would take out the wine - it doesn't have to be replaced with anything - and serve it with spaghetti squash or cauli-rice. I also think LF sour cream would be a tastier alternative to the yogurt.

Oh thank you! I will have to try that recipe with the spaghetti squash. That sounds good. Thanks for the advice.
