I'm really curious to see how it turns out for you. I purchased the product and used it about 2 weeks ago. Here comes the gross part . . . I had 2 "releases" before the 1st 18 hours and the last one didn't look normal. But it wasn't a lot. Then THAT WAS IT. Nothing else happened!

I was a bit disappointed but also thought that maybe it's just me (I have some pretty difficult plumbing!). Perhaps I should have fasted? Did you fast? Others get really good results from this product and it's relatively cheap compared to other stuff on the market. AND they sent me a "Poopin' is cool" ball point pen-- how can you beat that!

All I know is after LC'ing since June of last year it would be nice to do a cleanse (you all KNOW what I mean!). I don't know if I should give this product another shot or not.

OMG! I still can't believe I'm talking about this to a bunch of random people. You just gotta love this forum!

Good Morning Ya'll!

Well its 5am and just got to work. I am feeling fine now, just a sore throat. (not related to ColonBlow)

I had a second release this morning. (Gross part coming...)

It looked just like the photos but had some green in it.... (hum??)
It did pass pretty easy which is not always the case with me....

I did fast for this, only drinking EAS shakes with added heavy cream (for fat and cals). I had a burrito bowl from Willys for dinner last night.

I kinda feel like I am ready for another trip to the toilet again.

Update after the next passing......

Oh and my weigh in day is Thursday but I just had to check this morning.

DOWN 3 LBS!!!!

Wow... congratulations?

I just went on their website and I see they offer powder and capsule form. Which did you take?

It looks like they are two totally different formulas, with their powder formula being only psyllium husks. The capsules are some bark, figs, prunes, Senna, and Mg Sulfate. Dang they should throw some twigs in there for good measure.

I've been thinking about this for quit a while, so this and update and info are great. I want to know if you feel any discomfort, or cramping? Also, on that mag. citrtate, anyone know how that makes your body feel. I've had a bad experience with a laxitive in the past--I don't hope to do that ever again!

I don't now about you GrooveJock but the one thing I was very pleased with was I didn't fell uncomfortable AT ALL. I usually use "Smooth Move" tea for just a quick overnight type of thing. Every once and a while that makes me feel very gassy and crampy (but not always).

With the ColonBlow I only felt something right before I had to go. It wasn't the least bit uncomfortable -- just a normal "oh, I have to go" feeling-- and then I went and the feeling was gone. This could have been just MY reaction because it didn't seem to be as effective on me than it should have been. But I'd say for me, that was the biggest plus of this product and the comfort level was the thing I was most afraid of before I took it.

Magnesium Citrate and Senna can both be fairly harsh laxatives. Magnesium Citrate is given to patients in preparation for a sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy to make sure they're "well cleaned out" before the procedure and yes, it can produce some cramping and discomfort (as well as the Senna). Used in combination, I can imagine how I'd feel!
If you're going to use it, I wouldn't stray too far from a bathroom.

I agree with Blitzedang. I'm a scar-d-kat. I would be worried about colonblowing up my job or something. I can't take laxatives they make me feel like I'm not gonna make it to the bathroom in time before I oopsie in my pants!! (did I just say that) My Grandma uses Goldenseal tea which tastes like tree bark dipped in dirt but it cleans your system out in more ways than one. It also cleanses your urine as well like if you have to take a urine test and you had 1 too many poppy seed in your meal. Personally I take FiberChoice tablets and they keep me pretty regular for the most part!!

Good luck blowing it up!! hahahehe
