I Colonblowed about a month ago....I didn't get the results I was expecting...but I'm going to go ahead and do the 2nd packet.....

I think it didn't really work for me because I was drinking the mixtures and pills at odd times...that is the only thing I can think of.......

This thread is great! I've been MIA for the last 2 years and I was surprised to find out that there are fellow Colonblowers out there. I wrote a journal entry about it 2 years ago.

I tried the magnesim citrate/sennet road.
Spent the day in the lua, releasing water and powder.
Didn't stop for over a day. Not pleasant, and I feel horrible.

I should have just stuck to fatty foods, they've worked all this time.

I just bought a 7 day cleanse program from GNC - the "complete body cleansing program." Haven't done anything like this before, but I have 10 excess pounds that I gained quickly and is ALL in my stomach. It won't budge, so I thought this couldn't hurt.

Anyone know about this product?

Well I fasted and did my colonblow all day Saturday. Stuff works. My results werent like those on website but I lost 5 LBS. It was great. The stuff has no taste but the mixture is like sand/grain and feels like your swallowing millions of little bugs. If you can get past that, I definatly recommend it.

Well...I usually poop 1-3 times a day depending on other factors and yesterday I went like 5 times...so yeah...it works.

I don't know about weight because I just got back from vacation and am afraid to weigh myself. I'm giving myself a week to get back into ketosis and start to get the weight off.
