Default Yummy new omelette!

I made the best omelette today. I made it on a nonstick pan with no butter or oil (which I usually use) and it was better! Then I put in some cream cheese and it softened and became all creamy and melty, topped that with 3 slices of bacon and rolled it up like a burrito. It was sooooo goood! you need to try it~

Wow, what good timing I have! I had just taken some bacon out of the oven before I read this post.

Bought cream cheese yesterday....guess I know what I'm making for breakfast tomorrow. Thanks for the idea!

I'm going to try next to whip the cream cheese and an avacado together and add bacon. that sounds even better!
