Default eating plan

thanks for all the advice - I will hang in there.
I don;'t know how many kj /day I am eating, but typically....

B/F weekdays (driving in the car to work) 1/2 ATkins shake and/or some cheese or one of his breakfast bars. W/ends I either have bacon and tomato (an occasional egg) with maybe a slice of Atkins bread, or as a treat, Atkins pancakes with SF maple syrup

lunch - home made soup - chicken and veg/pumpkin/tomato with some grated parmesan; OR tuna salad, OR turkey, tomato and melted cheese

dins - usually chicken (think I am becoming one!!), stir fry beef, mince with low carb veggies - no peas, corn, pots though. maybe SF jelly with cream or a dessert from the low carb ideas.

snacks: 1/2 a protein bar; some cheese and sun dried toms; pork crackles with salsa; Atkins muffin (3g) or slice toast (3g) not daily tho. make a few of his recipes, eg coconut macaroons (1.5g) when I need a sweet fix. The odd soy cappucino and at least 2 dollops of milk/day in tea. Sometimes, a handful of pistachios.

Any ideas welcome.
Really missing fruit, so have had a few strawbs and 1/2 apple in the last few weeks.

just my opinion, but i would drop the atkins stuff, a lot of people seem to stall on it would you believe? try going clean and simple and seeing what happens. be careful of eating too much pumpkin, it is reasonably high carb. milk is high carb. if you miss fruit and sweet stuff, stick to berries, they are low carb and taste amazingly sweet after no sugar! but the best bet is to go clean and see if anything changes.
