Good morning, I was using Olivio margerine, thinking that it was safe and good for me. It has no trans fatty acids, but it does have partially hydrogenized oil in it. So, i guess I am now wondering what kind of margerine out there is good for us to eat? Thanks
Why eat margarine, with its hydrogenated oils (aka "trans fatty acids" BTW ), when you can eat butter?
All margarines have some trans fatty acids. that's why Dr A says to use butter.
