Curves circuit - 30 mins, 2 rotations and some of the upper body stretches.
Worked in the 80% zone most of the time.

Light jogging back to car after the baseball game.

planning a long walk tonight, weather permitting
.... well, that's what I had planned. Didn't get to Curves, too hot for a long walk...

however, coming home this afternoon my neighbor was cleaning out her garage, she gave me a Health Rider! Cool!!! I'll be trying it out in a few...

My dates are off. Last night (Wednesday) was 1.5 mile walk at LSP, and 5 mins. health rider. about 3 ab roller crunches was all I could do.

Tonight, 30 min. Curves circuit, then neighborhood walk

Personal best, I walked 5.5 miles at the mall last night in just a little over an hour. Yay!
