I have been strict and have had no sugar, grain, or anything bad. So what do you all think? Should I get my numbers to see what they are? I feel very good, hell better then ever since I have been eating on this WOE. I do not plan to stop. Most transplants gain 40 or more pounds, not me.

I see a doctor that specializes in Obesity Medicine. She is the one that put me on Dr. Westman's LC diet. My cholesterol was a lot higher when she last checked. She told me that it tends to increase during weight loss and goes back down once weight has stopped and stabilized. If you are worried about it, you might want to go and check out Ken's (khrussva) journal. He was having the same issue and made some dietary changes.
