Getting ready for Valentine's day. Be a sweetheart to yourself and stay on track through the candy season.
This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.
Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress.
We start tomorrow February 1. For those living in different time zones, feel free to get us going anytime.
Thanks for starting another thread Susan! Measuring weight in kilograms to remind myself that the numbers are meaningless in and of themselves. Progress is the goal.
EDIT 20160202: I will submit my weight in LBS to my stats page and the "First of the month" thread. I really will try NOT to convert the number into pounds until these Mondays. Maybe I'll be supprised! I was tempted to convert 124.3 Kg this morning but I didn't
Feb 1 - 250.6
Feb 2 - 251
Feb 3 - 249.8
Feb 4 - 249.6 it stuck this time!
Also, my news for today... My daughter left for the hospital to be checked out,
She may be in labour! Feb 4th might be the day I became a grandma!
I'm excited but a bit concerned... She's three weeks early!

Good luck, Grandma-ma! I can't wait to become a grandma too, but my sons show no sign of going this direction yet lol.
