The swings from day-to-day with fasting can be tough, but once you get in a rhythm of it, it starts to make sense. I never feel like my fasting weight "counts." Also, sorry I didn't say congratulations on yesterday's win! I really needed more coffee yesterday, hadn't really looked at the stats, and obviously missed that a new thread had started yesterday, which is usually my clue that someone has won.
