I am a 24 yo lad living near Greenwich, I started a low carb diet about 2 weeks ago and i have lost one stone and I am looking to lose another 2 more or less...

I am looking for people in the area for support, tips and all that. I have just finished uni and I live iwth my partner and a mate!!!

Congratulations on the stone loss. It'll probably slow down a bit from now on so don't get disappointed when this happens.

I'm slightly NW of London. My partner and I have both lost weight on Atkins (her: 2st, me: 2 1/2st). We're switching to Body for Life next week to see if we can shift some more blubber while becoming buff!

I know Greenwich quite well as was brought up near Woolwich and used to have a bedsit in Blackheath. I moved out to Orpington almost 12 years ago.
