Back on LC Again and need some help
Hi folks,
After being on LC and loosing weight about 2 years ago I buckled under the pressure of everyone around me and went back on low cal, since then I have gained all the weight back even though I am only eating around 800-1000 cals a day.
I am pretty depressed and decided enough is enough. I am sick of feeling bloated and tired, on LC I always felt great (after the first initial 2 weeks) and could always keep my weight regulated. On low cal is goes up and down and I am constantly stressed out thinking I am gaining weight all the time.
This will be a typical day for me and just wondering if people can look at it and see if its ok?
Breakfast: Linseeds, water, and sweetner (hermasetas)
Lunch: Tuna and salad, a little mayo
Dinner: Chicken breasts and Low carb veg, a little olive oil
Any ideas as to what to have for snacks? The Low Carb bars never worked for me.......
